I think there is a Portuguese forum. If not, try the Spanish. The languages are quite alike.

They have a Portuguese server for Call Of War but not yet for forums. I'm sure there are Portuguese threads in the Spanish forums. Click on your profile, then you will see "Settings". Under "Settings" click "General". You will be able to switch to Spanish if you would like. Or even have both English and Spanish.
