Most of my family voted to leave, also Pablo Nigel Farage isn't a coward. He hasn't lied nearly as much as any other British politician. The EU is un-democratic, and Britain CAN survive outside a single market. I'd personally like Britain to leave NATO but that's never going to happen.

Nigel farage is a coward. He knows Brexit isn't going to go well, which is why he resigned. And according to all the experts, Britain cannot survive without a single market.

But you were saying Britain could only survive with a single market earlier...?

The people of Britain weren't behind the war in Iraq, their government was at the end of the day. Lol the days of colonization are long gone.

Even more undemocratic!

It was still an undemocratic thing to do.

Why campaign for something that he knew wouldn't go well? He resigned because he no longer has anything else to achieve. The United Kingdom exports the most to the united states, and imports from Germany the most. Britain also imports a LOT from China. Our government has failed to negotiate with other EU countries what exactly would happen after Brexit, most importantly Germany and the Netherlands. Not to mention that smaller European countries need British trade.

@Quasi, The EU referendum was a democratic vote by the people of Britain, who chose to leave the EU. The majority of our politicians wanted to remain.

Also, the majority of the British people alive right now had nothing to do with colonization.

Yeah, poor point on my part. Anyways.

Newspapers say a lot was protest votes, with a bunch of people not voting because they thought Remain would win, as well as it being on the same time as Glastonbury.

Wouldn't personally trust the newspapers in Britain. Both left and right wing newspapers constantly heavily push their agendas. Undramatic statements don't sell newspapers sadly. 'Protest votes' are such a silly idea when the polls showed it was neck to neck before the referendum. Leave beat remain by over a million votes which is a lotttttt.

Well, my knowledge doesn't reach any further so I have to end it here.

It takes balls to do all that amidst threats to his own life and rape threats against his daughters, quite disgusting of you to say that even if he can be an arse.

single markets are based on immigration.
You are assuming leave wants to limit ALL people coming in, from what I've heard Farage and leave want a point based system similar to Australia's and the main group of immigrants he places heavy emphasis on is those from the middle-east and say what you want them coming over to Europe has caused serious financial pain and terrorism, leave wanted to stop the "Discrimination" against non-EU countries which largely meant someone from the commonwealth had less chance of getting in to Britain than a member of the EU

I assumed you knew people can't change their vote, guess not.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth_of_Nations. also big countries such as South Korea, Japan, the U.S., Australia, India and Canada have expressed interest in priority trade deals with us and half of those countries are in the commonwealth.

Now I'd rather not say this Pablo but I'm afraid I don't see how someone who's country has half it's youth unemployed, 6% interest rates and housing prices triple that of 2007 tell me how my house should get in order.

British=best. Duh!

They ran their campaign on lies, and false promises.

And then admitied they were wrong, right afterwards......

if you are so sure that the UK will vote to leave again, then why worry?

The union isn't at all in serious danger the people you see saying such things are nationalists like Sturgeon and the ex-IRA pig Martin McGuinness who are are saying such things because they wanted the union to break ANYWAY after all Sturgeon and her SNP already tried to get Scotland independence years before the EU referendum. I think you'll find it's simply a lot of hot air from the first ministers of each country almost all ordinary folk want to keep the union because if Scotland leaves then they'll not even be able to join the EU because the EU doesn't want them and northern ireland joining the Republic of Ireland is a whole new can of worms and economic suicide.

And such bills shall be paid I see no difficulty in that.

Thus proving that the EU is undemocratic and pathetic as many have already pointed ou.

Yep it is pathetic, it needs reform, however leaving isnt the fix.

gonna be a harsh 2 years, lot to do....

They wanted to break away yes, but now they have good 3 aces and a good hand to get out.

The north could return to us in the republic.
