I love some John Denver. Really any music that you can just chill, drink a beer and enjoy some outdoor scenery is a serious talent!

I am not typically into American Country music but I do like this new brand of "outlaw" country music (basically artists that are against the establishment production companies in Nashville, TN)

So I have a few songs that I would recommend (all are Japanese and most I have no idea what the lyrics mean

Epic-sounding, closest to giving off a war vibe:

Guren no Yumiya - Attack on Titan OP 1... I think it can be counted as an epic itself.

Boku no Sensou (literally means "My War") - Attack on Titan Final Season OP. Initially, it sounds off/strange, but the more times you listen to it, the better it gets. Unfortunately, only the TV version, which is about 1 min long, is available right now.

Chill, goofy-ish songs:

Renai Circulation - One of the most misleading but wholesome anime OPs out there. Has a very catchy tune and gives off the opposite vibe of Guren no Yumiya.

Himouto! Umaru-chan OP - I actually don't know the actual name of this song, but I would highly recommend watching the video as well for a good laugh.

Chikatto Chika Chika - ED for the anime Kaguya-sama: Love is War season 1 ep 3. A very silly song sang by a very silly character (Fujiwara Chika). The animation was done really well, and people sometimes joke most of the budget for the anime was spent there.

Bon Appetit - Blend S anime OP. You may or may not have seen the first few seconds of this from memes, but it's an upbeat and funny song that probably is even more popular than the anime itself.

Sad but beautiful songs:

Grand Escape - a very beautiful song by Radwimps for the movie "Weathering with You".

Fireworks - sang by DAOKO and Kenshi Yonezu. I think it's from a movie that I haven't watched (heard it's not really good) but the song, again, sounds very beautiful.

Koiwazurai - by Aimer. An acoustic song that I actually bothered to search up the lyrics for, and yes, it's about heartbreak. However, the melody itself sounds really good and the lyrics are well-written (it doesn't relate to me much though).

Shinkai - by Eve. My brother recommended it to me once, and I was mesmerized by the animations in the music video. It's quite abstract, but nevertheless an amazing song.

I-have-no-idea-how-to-describe songs:

Fire Bird - by Roselia from an anime and gacha game called BanG Dream (I haven't watched it yet). I just really like this song (I guess it sounds epic?).

Ringing Bloom - another song by Roselia (yes I really like their music). Has an amazing piano intro and the vocals are also done extremely well.

Amanojaku - by 164 (yes that's the composer's name). It's sang by a vocaloid (basically computer) so I'm not sure if it fits with all tastes.

Fly High - Haikyuu! OP 4(?). Only description: FLY HIGHHHHHHH

That's about it. These are all pretty good music (at least for me) spanning a variety of genres. For the anime OPs, watch the anime as well if you can, with the exception of the anime for Renai Circulation, Bakemonogatari, as I heard it's quite violent and is basically the opposite of what the song presents.
