Oceanhawk piliots, are not trained to just hunt subs. They are trained as a multi mission maritime pilot, And Oceanhawks are trained in numerous fields. This really shows, you lack of basic combat aircraft knowledge..
Knowing what a pilot is trained in for every aircraft ever is not "basic combat aircraft knowledge".... Besides, multi-mission could mean sub-hunting, sea rescue and recon.

The Havoc, doesnt have the weaponary, compared to the Oceanhawk, and they are in different fields as well. But crossing eachothers roles, the Oceanhawk is ahead.
Saying that an attack helicopter has less weaponry than a sub-hunter makes you sound like an utter moron. Except for the torpedoes, but then those are useless against heli's.

You can't use an Oceanhawk in the same role as a Mi-28. Note the air-to-air missiles that the Mi-28 can have, which the Hawk does not.

SH-60B armament:

Mi-28 armament:

  • Guns: 1× chin-mounted 30 mm Shipunov 2A42 cannon with 250 rounds (±110° horizontal fire)
  • Hardpoints: Two pylons under each stub wing to mount bombs, rockets, missiles, and gun pods. Main armament configurations include:

Hahaha, wikipedia is nonsense.. Id never ever take a reference from there...

And the Mi-28 cant fire A to air missiles, just the AT missiles, according to two sources, that are not wikipdedia.

Oceanhawk pilots, are trained to protect carriers, from all threats. Remember Oceanhawks and Seahawks are not the same, just very similar...

also, the MH-60R can carry 2 penguins....

Alright, now you're just living in denial. It is a fact that the Mi-28 can have air-to-airs. Here is a Mi-28 armed with Vympels.

Still cant beat an apache, plus an oceanhawk got hellfire.

You are comparing helis from different catogorieses, but even still Oceanhawks can take a havoc all the rounds..

But then you match a havok with an apache lol, Apache rules

or even a cobra and bam...

I cant think of one area Russia/Soviet helis beat American,

The topic was about an attack helicopter armed with air-to-airs defeating an anti-sub heli armed with ASM's and miniguns.....

see there you go, you were looking it up, had to google the fact they use A to air missiles. The anti sub heli, still rules the ocean, that was my original point, and yea I have no clue how that went to here. And armed with Hellfire missiles... so yea..

That doesn't make the helicopter less effective....

I pointed out that it could be beaten by a Seafire, a ~70 year old aircraft. So, on top of it being beaten by a Mi-28, it is beaten by literally any aircraft that has offensive weaponry.

Hahaha, on the sea the oceanhawk is the best..

A seafire cant beat an Oceanhawk lol

Alright, well, your saying a poorly armed helicopter can defeat a fixed wing aircraft armed with 20mm cannons, so it is clearly impossible to hold an intelligent discussion with the likes of you.

Let's steer this topic to fighter planes, shall we?

The past is a foreign country.

Never said that

First of all, obviously, Im talking about helicopters... An f-18 would make scrap of an Oceanhawk

the Seafire, still would lose to an Oceanhawk. Oceanhawk has Hellfire missiles

We could trash talk the f-35, I love doing that... that is good fun.

Or we could talk about, top 10 attack helicopters..

Apache rules the skies!

Oceanhawk= helicopter

Seafire=Plane

F-18=Plance

Oceanhawk beats seafire

F-18 beats Oceanhawk

f-18 Beats seafire

does that clear things up for you?

Second on that list should be the ACH-47. Maaaan, that had quite a punch.

Yeah, it shows me you're a complete moron.
