why won't it let me create a coalition

Two possibilities:

Either you are trying on mobile which is not currently working.

You have joined a game where coalitions are disabled.

Ever so helpful, @VorlonFCW gives you the answer, but this is the wrong forum area for your question. You would want to post your questions in the Question and Answers section of the forum.

It seemed like such a waste to destroy an entire battle station just to eliminate one man. But Charlie knew that it was the only way to ensure the absolute and total destruction of Quasi-duck, once and for all.
The saying, "beating them into submission until payday", is just golden...pun intended.
