Against on the porpose, that it is very expensive and I think solitary confinement is worse and harsher.

That is stupid. In the US you can buy a box of cheap bullets for a rifle for a couple dollars and they have ~500 rounds. Boom, job done. With Ocean, you have to pay for housing, food, healthcare, etc.oceanhawk wrote:

Look, most criminals prefer solitary confinement over death. But not terrorists, so they should be put in solitary confinement until they go mad. Then they should be killed.

I disagree with calling 'capital punishment' punishment. It should be capital removal.
