Generally when a game I play has a forum or a discord channel I like to join but rarely participate. This forum is in my opinion well designed and the responses from other players and staff usually comes in a timely manner with sufficient information.
To me, this particular game forum is top notch, I almost have just as much fun in this forum and spend quite a bit of time here.

This forum is indeed full of information and entertainment.
A real shame that more players do not attend, even if just to read.
The advanced notifications of significant game changes is particularly valuable.
As just one example:
Forum readers were able to re-position their warships and other ranged
units prior to the implementation of the Naval Blockade feature.
As I said in a post a long time ago, the forum should be introduced to new players by having a pop up COW forum add to tell them to join us.
I agree, I only found the forum searching for tactics when I started playing. Wouldn’t even be a bad idea to have a link straight to the forum in the game.
There is a link to the Forum in the Community tab. Easy to find.
Well then just slap me silly... I never realized there was a community tab. I just searched for a bit and found the menu options are different when you’re on the map vs when you’re on the home screen.
I have played a lot of different games and visited their forums, but the CoW forums seems to be the least toxic of them all
I say emphasize it more! not just a tab
