Maybe with we get something like those barriers on bowling alleys so you can keep on the bowling alley. We always fall into the gutter.

Hello GardaΓ, Ocean is stealing bowling pins.
It sounds good in theory, but we'd end up being like the first guy in this video:Quasi-duck wrote:

That isn't how you bowl? No wonder I get kicked out of all the alleys....GreatbigHippo wrote:

Have any of y'all been watching the Olympics?
you are a balls
That one clip at around one minute in wasn't a fail... that was amazing!GreatbigHippo wrote:

The sports I care about aren't in the Olympics. I am all for table tennis and stuff, but really? You have table tennis and golf in the Olympics, but not baseball or American football?GreatbigHippo wrote:

(Yes, I know I am an American-cultured, self-centred man. No-one outside of the US even likes American football...
)
We have some of your teams come over, and even have our own local teams. One team was throwing a pigskin back and forth as they did flips and stuff in a parade I saw one time. Pretty cool.purplepizza117 wrote:

No, but if they put back in painting next time, I'm watching that.GreatbigHippo wrote:

I only care about 2 sports in the Olympics, fencing and shooting, neither of which are shown on the only public TV channel I can get (but sometimes don't get)purplepizza117 wrote:

They should add baseball to the Olympics, though. It's played by enough countries (USA, Canada, Japan, Cuba, etc.).
They should make baseball an international sport. Imagine baseball, a cool American sport comping with soccer, a boring sport from who knows where.
you are a balls
Lol, poor youGreatbigHippo wrote:

Yeah, it'd be better if they put the violence back in, and let us use human heads once more.GreatbigHippo wrote:

Nah, not the act of painting. I want to know who can layer the pain to make it dry faster. Paint drying is a real sport!Quasi-duck wrote:

(poor you) 1. The benefits outweigh the downsides.Quasi-duck wrote:

(head ball) 2. Doesn't that get slippery?

What are the benefits?GreatbigHippo wrote:

I wouldn't, I personally haven't played it with a head. I would be worried about hurting my foot, though I my be thinking of Gaelic football, where you only really tap it with your foot.... I think. I suck with sports rulesGreatbigHippo wrote:

As with the other art forms, a single painting category was on the program until 1928, when it was split out into three sub-categories: drawings, graphic arts, and paintings. The categories then changed at each of the following Olympic Games. In 1932, the three categories were: paintings, prints, and watercolors/drawings. Four years later, the prints category had disappeared, and had been replaced by graphic arts and commercial graphic art. At the final Olympic art competition, the three categories were applied arts and crafts, engravings/etchings, and oils/water colours.GreatbigHippo wrote:

The actual painting seems to focus on water colours. These dry fairly fast.
