GERD (Discussion)

Hey, of course, most of you who play this game or at least some of you follow the world news and politics so I was wondering why not open a discussion regarding an issue my country is facing and see different points of view.

I am from Egypt, and as you can see from the title the issue I am talking about is the Grand Ethiopian renaissance dam(GERD). Do you think Ethiopia has the right to fill the dam stopping water flowing into the Egyptian Nile not only for electricity purposes but also weaponizing the dam by not negotiating with good will making the dam a potential threat and weapon aimed at thirsting the Egyptians? of course as Egypt has the most powerful military in the middle east and Africa this will not slide easily as its a matter of national security making the region exposed to a potential full-scale military confrontation.

This is probably going to be the 1st water war in history so its important to know different types of views
