Well, recently I came across a few people saying Global warming is a lot of BS, or something like that. I am not very informed on this topic, and well Im happy to admit that.
I think we are not being told some things, regarding the "Global warming idea" , and I know that the polar ice caps bloddy well grew, but to those who were saying, its a hoax. Can you explain to me why?, I aint trying to debate, I have no clue just want to hear what you are saying, thks

Lol. Anyways, to top Pablo's "science", did you do that experiment or whatever where a teacher places a solid on a desk, and then a liquid? Then you compare what happened. The liquid spread out, while the solid stayed in one place. See what I am getting at?oceanhawk wrote:

Ocean could be right. It depends on how much of the ice is currently submerged underwater. I don't know the exact percentage of ice that would need to be submerged, though, and I don't feel like doing the maths.
Did you guys not learn that ice sheets are generally multiple feet thick, most of which is submerged underwater, and are getting thinner every year? Some are so thin now, rather than being, say, 5 feet or more thick, they are a few inches at best.GreatbigHippo wrote:

No, that is from cars. A few years back, driving was banned for some reason or other to clean up the smog for an event. It was cleared up, then a week after the ban was lifted, the smog was back. Also remember, China is not just all city.oceanhawk wrote:

[/quote]Yeah, China is horrible. And even though I don't believe in climate change, I do believe in going renewable. Solves health problems, stops funding terrorism, and we become sustainable.
