Pretty much all significant resources in the country are allocated into a few massive international corporations. I never said that the US is a purely communist state but that's what it's heading towards from my knowledge. Everything ranging from news stations to manufacturers and oil companies are consolidating into a few companies which are likely led by politicians. Don't forget that a lot of companies use cheap and communist labor in China and Vietnam. And a lot of the welfare programs we have now are basically promoting laziness and taxes are still high to fund these megaprojects that don't do anything good. Here in central MN, they are spending millions to build a bridge across the highway just so the homeless people can get across to the Salvation Army and back to their homeless center. The city is becoming more and more corrupt and the labor unions are actually harming some operations and businesss by taking away benefits.

What you're describing now has nothing to do with communism; actually that's exactly what Marckx warned against in "Das Kapital". Megacorporations have no obligations to the general public, only to their shareholders.

I'm not parotting anything, I do my research and I have seen for myself. If you're talking about Classical or by the book Marxism then yes it's different but my point is that allocation of resources is centering down into major corporations which have heavy ties to the state, which is hardly controversial because everyone knows about it. You can believe what you want to, and I can as well so I don't know if it's best to continue the conversation if you aggravate it.
