As I promised @Claudio NVKP, here it is:
Countries in BLUE are ones that have COMMITTED war crimes AND PUBLICLY APOLOGIZED for them.
Countries in RED are ones that have COMMITTED war crimes AND HAVE NOT PUBLICLY APOLOGIZED for them.
NOTE: I didn't include countries like Poland where genocides took place, because the official government in Poland at the time was not responsible for the genocide. (i.e. the genocide was committed by a foreign group)

Also, if you mean Hindus, most of them were driven out during the war, due to the genocide caused by Pakistani forces.
They weren't driven out after independence? There are 13 million of them.

Yes, just like Communist Polish crimes against humanity are not being counted, nor can East Pakistani ones be. If anything they have been taking in refugees from the Myanmar genocide.
