Government:

A full Military High Command will be formed, as well as ministries created for the care of the state.

Genzing will be allowed on a case per case basis, and only if an individual is 50 points or less from the next rank, at which point genzing may be allowed. Any other case will result in the censure and ridicule of the offender.

Alts will be attacked, reported, and cracked down upon.

Spamming will also be reported and cracked down upon.

Rebranding will be allowed if permission is sought.

A judiciary will be formed, to convene every Saturday, and pass judgement upon offenders.

Punishment will be restricted to PFP change, to be approved by a panel of judges.

Authors of half finished playthroughs will be put upon trial for causing heartbreak.

Teasing may be allowed, as will be beef, but any serious assault on one's character and integrity without reason will result in heavy reprisals, including reporting.

All offensive forum terms, including Fr*nch, must be censored. Failure to do so will result in prosecution.

An Anti-Liberty force will be formed, with information to be requested from reputable sources, and used to destroy the troll network.

New legislation may be suggested on the firs Saturday of every month, to pass new laws which may rescind others or add restrictions if any are needed.

In the past thread he said no genzing at all, now chooses genzing allowed. Appeasement.

Also, Zhukov’s terms are contradictory, why vote for a person who cannot fulfill his promises, no guarantee at all.

So, why vote for Zhukov if his racist reason to block France has been debunked in the main thread.

Users of the Forum, we are facing yet another challenge, that only my swift and active leadership can effectively counter!

The Forum, is, I am sadly to say, being invaded by sexbots, and chatbots. This may be our biggest threat yet, in the last 4 days I have seen about 5-6 of them, which is dangerous, because this seems to be the first time in forum history that we are gaining female users, luckily we have our brave moderators out there to protect us from their devilish posts, but there is a chance they could slip past moderator defences, and therefore we must be vigilant in the face of this, and I swear that I will set up a special group of "Forum Guardians" to protect against this, for example, what if a bot got past the rank of recruit, and then was free to post whatever evil links they wanted, we need a back-up team of Forum Guardians to make sure this happens.

On matters of government, there shall be three branches:

The President of the Forum: The Executive, as being elected by forum members directly, the only way to force them out of office will be exclusively for high crimes and misdemeanours, that can only be triggered by the legislative (forum parliament/congress) and Judiciary, (Forum Court).

The Legislative shall be divided into 2 houses, the assembly, where all active forum members may vote on forum laws and decisions, and The Council of Orange, unique to those with an orange rank on the forum, they will be responsible for approving the President's appointments to ministerial positions, and approving the use of Genzing (since that may force others onto the council), plus they will have the ultimate authority to organise threads, and most importantly declare nobleness and designate important threads.

The Judiciary; Appointed Justices of the Forum by the President, after a simple majority in the Assembly of the Forum, or 2/3 Majority in the Council of Orange, special seats will always be reserved to forum staff, they will be able to hold court cases on whatever they deem worthy to hear, although the other branches of government will be able to force them to hear cases. They will decide if someone has broken forum rules, but it will be up to the president and his ministers to carry out the punishment.

The Assembly will be able to override any decisions, however, they must be prepared to stand trial before the court, or be dismissed by the Council of Orange, if they are deemed unnoble/ bots/ alt accounts.

Can I just point out how flawed this system of voting is? You can cast a vote as many times as you like, with anonymous voting. I propose a system of verbally declaring in the forums who you want to be President.
