Vote for me, or we will drag you to crimea

I abstain.
I think I'm going to boycott and abstain. This election was meant to be a fun activity for everyone to participate in, but it has not gone that way at all. Attacks have become increasingly personal instead of policy-based. It's now less about proving the preferred candidate right and more about beating down the other. This isn't what I signed up for. This is an election for a fictional position that holds no power, and this should be treated as such. I know @Claudio NVKP and @TheZhukov, and they are both great people, but it pains me to see everyone throwing dirt in each other's faces over this. This has really gone bad. I hope this is a lesson to some of those.
btw, if you are reading this thinking "oh yay, one less point for them or oh no, one less point for us", chances are, you're part of the problem.
like i said, its lord of the flies now, it was foretold, Man is evil, capable of nothing but destructionDonk2.0 wrote:

What can I say?
Humans are kind of problems sometimes and yes, statistics is a very competitive thing.
But...I'm just worried about the rules that this gentleman will put...
If I pick somebody, they'll have the power to rule.
Unless this vote was merely for fun and they have no power after the votes then it's no problem at all.
Well, you could say the same for any regime in the 1930's. Also, how does this matter in the forum elections?Carking the 6th wrote:

And all of us, if he wishes...
But I never saw Zhukov did that.
Unnoble CarKing, we understand you want voters, but these personal insults... We should hereby end personal insults or motives to lure someone to change their vote. 'He said this bad thing 3500 years ago', 'he has a dictator pfp' or 'i will drag you to crimea' has no place in the forum elections. You are just making in unfun for others. I and my run mate or my supporters have never brought this in chart, we only brought up forum policy, nothing else. This election is supposed to be for the *forum* leader, not who you prefer more personally. What's the point of policies and debate then, Carking?Donk2.0 wrote:

You would hypothetically have a high post in Zhukov's leadership, if he wins. This is what you guys have voted for?
People talk about 'bullying', 'being rude' I have never EVER dragged personal comments in this. Even if i have, it was on the topic of their policy.
You have not only lured @Hifive5 and @Taffyta Muttonfudge to NOT vote for me, and you even stated that we will win if @Taffyta Muttonfudge were to vote for me. You people then start a real life political conflict on how 'Saviour killed people' which has no place or regard in the forum policy. Even if she abstained, if we count @Cecil Rhodes. I would've won. You now create another thread and start recounting votes because you were losing, unnoble.
I understand your 'free speech', but this is sad.
If votes do NOT remain same, and votes are recounted, wouldn't that damage your own respect?
Ok, so i found this out right now. And i think it is hilarious. LOLCarking the 6th wrote:
