One of the things I find really important in a leader is dedication to the people they represent. A good show of effort, the least a person could really do, is repost what they believe here to make it more convenient, as well as have a well-thought-out system that works well. Sam and Claudio, you did not repost your principles here. Now, I'm not saying you're lazy, and I know both of you are great, but I know that if a person focuses and engages in the little things, they are bound to do even better with the big ones. Zakitty really went all out to prove that he was the right person for the job. They have my vote. Zhukov has some good beliefs, but Zakitty has proven to me that he's truly dedicated to making this work well for everyone and that his plan is well thought out like I wanted. If you want my vote in the future, don't stop caring about the little things, because deep under, they are the ones that really matter here.
