Movies thread! (Too much politics...)

What have you guys seen recently, and what are you planning on seeing? I myself just watched Warcraft, I thought it was good, albeit a little unsatisfying.

Anybody else?

I watched Warcraft, it was cool. I played Warcraft 3 and WoW, so I like the setting. I heard critics didn't rate it very high, but it looks like the movie made a lot of money, probably mostly from gamers.

I recently watched Relatos salvajes, very, very interesting movie. I also liked Ip Man trilogy (Ip Man 1, Ip Man 2, Ip Man 3), watched all those last month on suggestion.

Yeah, I used to play a lot of WoW and Warcraft 3 as well, I brought a friend who hadn't done either, and he still liked it. It was a good movie.. just very choppy.

Also, I've been wanting to watching Ip Man for a little bit after hearing about Donnie Yen. Where they worth the time?

Just watched London has fallen, usual action movie, small plot, predictable how ever, one of the few basic action movies that has the main guy "actually reload his gun"

I watched 'A Beautiful Mind'. Great movie. Also watched (for the third time) all 3 Jason Bourne movies, and the Big Lebowski (for the 5th time, the laughs never get old).

The past is a foreign country.

I watched Hamburger Hill, I heard some Vietnam veterans say it was the best movie depiction of the war. I thought it was pretty good.

Not very many Vietnam vets can talk about their service time. It was a veey messy 'war'

The Deer hunter, is also a very good movie for the same reasons. Worth a watch.

I haven't heard vets say much about it.

Personally, that served in Vietnam? None, but I read what they write on Quora. As for vets in general, I know one. He is awesome.

Is this by civilians, or soldiers? Civilians said The Hurt Locker was realistic, yet it had EOD guys sniping....

Not sure, but its pretty strong movie. Just the Opening half an hour, shows what they left behind. I have seen both, and think this was a more truthful, and just a more real movie. But Hamburger hill, what a story

Actually, have you seen "Dr. Strangelove Or How I Learned To Love The Bomb"? An incredibly realistic movie.

It is good, it is just one movie. Saying it is realistic though is... well, a lie.

Remember,not spoilers.
