I sometimes think international pressure would be what stops someone from invading British territory, not the actual armed forces of Britain...Only someone like Cameron would use a national humiliation to get more money. Pablo, I'm sure we'd send forces to help you locate and eliminate the cartels, in exchange for you helping us stop your colonists from fleeing north into us. It's just that we're all part of NATO, and it might look bad for 2 NATO countries to be attacking another NATO member.
