In this thread we can use only WW2 weapons and technology. However, we shall play a little game of King of the Hill. You basically reply on how you would over throw the current King of the Hill.

Pablo forgets that the he cant destroy the troops that are in ships in the sky
Ocean returns to the ground with a new force
marches up to Hippo
and Swears his allegiance to the king of the hill
Hippo, who had his consciousness transferred to a terminator body before he died, uses mind control on all the worlds leaders to have the armies of the entire world attack the hill. 5 million soldiers charge the hill which has only two defenders. Pablo "the don" and Al Capone fight valiantly, and 497 soldiers are killed or wounded during the assault. Once the hill is taken, the soldiers are ordered to withdraw, hippo's own secret mutant gorilla army hastily builds a drill to find the powerful artifact, and the strongest fortifications ever constructed are built around the hill. SAM and AAA sites are positioned around and on the hill to prevent an aerial attack, and all 12 battleships in hippo's fleet are devoted to defending the hill.
Oceanhawk is put in charge of defending the hill.

ICBMs are also installed.
Oceanhawk pulls reaches to his pocket, pulls out a blue lightsaber and strikes Pablo down, the reaming soldiers continue to push down the hill, and reactivate the SAM sites, the enemy aircraft are shot down, and AT TE start pushing Pablos troops out
The defenses are re built, and reinforcements arrive....
