Dude, deep web encryption is all commercial. Guess who developed all those commercial encryption systems? That's right: governments. They were released to the public when the governments developd better ones. So they're outdated and crackable.

People sell guns and drugs on those onion sites, but the government is "all over that"

yea right, government isnt some super being, and if u expect government politicians and bureaucrats to live on some higher level than you, then you are being asked to be deceived..

1. They're not 'black ops' hackers. Pro hackers are called black hat hackers.
