There's a person spamming sweet berry jam on my messages, 167 messages now, he's driving everyone nuts, and declaring war on everyone and making radical comments on turkeys, is there any cure for this?

Banning him will. Which support tickets help to do.
Staff needs a support ticket to act on any problem.
