I noticed that this particular section of the map has lots of oil producing sites. Just wanted to share

A similar place in HWW is the Yunnan oilfield, between Hanoi, Yunnan, and Hainan. Always worth developing that.

To be honest I never want for oil... all the other resources can be a problem sometimes, but not oil, even when operating both a major fleet and air force.
