Well, yeah. I prefer the term monarchy though. I would also have an essentially useless cabinet for aesthetic purposes and to trick people into thinking their votes mean something.

I'm not sure "moderator" is a good term for a rank in your little forum clan as it may confuse other readers and posters. I'd suggest changing it as these people moderate nothing.
