we have no way of promoting or demoting other members, but I think bill should choose. He is the leader

We can just let them stagnate in whatever rank they've achieved instead of Promoting them if they aren't polite.

As for demotions, they get a couple chances. It is either my way or the wooden post and blindfold.

Ok I really got to clear this one up because my first thought when a person eager to please and friendly is: What does this hoosier want? But, wanker fits there too, does it not? I did notice your tag (ISH) it is cool and all, try (ISN I like mine

My step-father and mother gave me this one. Every day my step-father would call me a Dumb Stupid Hole and my mother told me stories how my real father left when I was a 1 1/2 years old. I am with Dave on this one. All you need to know is that you need to be of student rank, liked by the current forum gang(mainly Dave, Pablo and I) and can type English in a way that we understand it. Our backgrounds really don't matter.
