It isn't as it is Beta, so making Beta primary when it could be updated and changed wouldn't be good to place as primary. I am sure down the line it could be the new outlook if they can get it working as intended.

This forum is under attack. Dozens of spam ads are made every single day. Nobody has the time to report them. Mods, something needs to change in the forum. We can’t keep going on like this. I’d suggest adding a post limit to one every 4 hours. (A new thread, not a comment)
