LoL.Ok but this is the Off Topic - Open Bar Chatroom as same with the General Discussions.Here I think it's acceptable to have topics/discussions that's not game related,a section specifically for this.

There won't always be game related issues there will be a wave of no one posting a meaningful thread.The Questions and Answers, Suggestions and Criticism,Bugs and Reports should not be flooded with unimportant spam or silly chit-chat, there it should be meaningful and game related.
