Nothing is a good idea.... Everyone has their own opinions on why a certain suggestion wouldn't work.

Edit: I mean I can post a video on every suggestion in thr forums and why they won't work. Because every suggestion has its own flaws.

i mean if you are ulttra trillion billionaire, you may not pay taxes since loophole, and suppose you are a king, you tax yourself to pay for the expenditure of your-self?

I would assume staff workers will get this as benefit, most governments would give give health insurance free of cost, though, i don't know about private practitioners.

Doctors may as well pay insurance, and kings may as well commit treason against themselves.
