Back on topic....The UK is better.
No.
Some parts of the UK as a country is better then the U.S. and some parts of the U.S. as a country is better then the UK.

I can agree with that, I find the UK's education system, culture, history, and medical services (NHS kicks ass) is much better.kingjoe1077 wrote:

The reason all that works so well is that the common soldier and sailor in the U.S. military is that they are so well trained. The military invest millions on training, utilizing the latest technologies and learning methods available. Plus, the military enlisted are some of the most innovative , motivated and patriotic known; IMHO
Coincidentally, look what I found...whoa.
Couldn't agree more with that.comrade dave wrote:

Whoa, whoa. I would believe it, but who the hell was America at war with during the 19th century?comrade dave wrote:

Themselves and Mexico. And the Native American nations
Brits, canadians (And the Canadians won), Native Americans, Mexicans (Your buddies from the 15th century Pablo) , each other, Cubans, Philippinos etc.
Well, let's not forget Britain has invaded all but 20 countries in the world in the span of one century or so
Great Britain did not invade 176 countries in the last 100 years.
not in the last 100 years, I'm talking about from mid to high 18th century to its height in the late 1800s
couldn't find an article for the timeline, but here http://www.telegraph.co.uk/history/9653497/British-have-invaded-nine-out-of-ten-countries-so-look-out-Luxembourg.html
A century is 100 years, it still hasn't invaded 176 countries in 200 years.

That's a lot. Didn't figure out. Ok, so that's a lot. Does the Cold War count as a war, 'cos it really wasn't an armed conflict?comrade dave wrote:
