Ok with the lack of responses am still moving on.
With 810 victory points le Empire's future is looking bright. It is practically carrying its coalition (810/1260 points) and has 11% of world power with the closest being Japan at 8%. The German war is a success with the Reichkanzlar having capitulated. Plans for Operation dinnertime are underway with units relocating.
This is the world from the French perspective.
Of course with so much territory elected officials are needed. For this reason, I am choosing people to run the following sectors of my empire.
1. Army group A (home)
Job: Defend le Home provincés. Increase local industries and manage production
2. Army Group B
Job: Clean up the remains of Germany and pacify the newly acquired territory. Also manage the transfer of units
3. Army Group C
Job: Initiate Operation Dinnertime. Manage Mediterranean.
4. Army Group D
Job: Explore the wildernesses of Africa and destroy the Portuguese.

lol it technically is possible for poland to beat Germany and France, if they are at war with each other, or if France recently conquered Germany.
