Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!
Good to all, my name is Jack, today I bring an interesting topic .Which was the best army of the Second World war?
In my opinion the best army of the Second World war was the Army of the USA and the British army, the prowesses realized by the American Army I surprise greatly, but what more I value, is the British resistance opposite to the German Army, the great resistance and dedication that the British soldiers did for a free and democratic Europe,it is for this motive, that in my opinion for me, the best army of the Second World war was the British Army.

And for you, which was is he the best army of the Second World war?

Agreed.
Stalin killed 30 million people? Pablo, you're serious? What the ****?
Where did you get this information, you can publish a complete list?
Agreed.Sandevot wrote:

How many people Stalin killed depends on how you look at it. These are the FACTS. If you want to go by executions alone, 4-10 million people died in the soviet union from 1929-1953. This isn't as bad as the 30 million, but compare it to the 3,644 people who were executed from 1925-1949 in the US. That's quite a big difference. I don't dislike socialism, I actually support it, but Stalin... I don't like Stalin
Stalin was communist, I think there is a difference. Not sure.
There is.
Communism= to each according to his needs
Socialism= to each according to his deeds
Ah, okay. Thanks.
Stalin was a genocided.

so was pretty much every president of the us 10 and under, but if power is there, what's morality
4 million is better than 30 million, but even this figure is greatly exaggerated. Where did you get this number, you have a complete list?GreatbigHippo wrote:

If you're talking about America, I want to ask - who destroyed 99% the Indians?
The number is only an estimate, so it won't be 100% accurate.Sandevot wrote:

As for the Indians thing, you make an interesting argument. since 1776, 100,000-500,000 Indians were killed in the United States (I think it's closer to 500,000). It was a horrible thing, but it does not justify what Stalin did.
After reading your question about the Indians, I took the liberty to research how many slaves died in the United States. The few estimates I can find show 5 million died in just 87 years. Again, even though these genocides happened in countries other than the USSR does not mean it justifies Stalin's actions. I'm sure in the minds of someone, all these things were justified, but having something be justified does not mean it's right.
I know what you said directly after this but I think Rwanda(is that the right place?) was worse.GreatbigHippo wrote:

500,000-1,000,000 dead in 100 days. You're right, that was worse.
I also have not studied this topic, just thinking about it when you said those killed in America. If you brought another example, we can recall other massacres. Britain has killed a lot of people in Asia and Africa, where an overwhelming uprising. Turkey has killed many Armenians and Assyrians. Japan was merciless to captives and killed them big volume - there are many examples of which no one speaks. The last century was very cruel. But during the Cold War, all the propaganda concentrate around one theme - the bad Stalin. Let's analyze the sources that tell you about four million dead and you can be sure that a lot of it is unjust accusations. For example, if a person who was in the prison fell ill and died? Throughout the world, these dead are not on the list of those killed through the fault of the country's leader, right? But if a man died in a Soviet prison in Stalin's time, that is to blame only Stalin. There are many other examples of "foreignness analysts" make the numbers are very large, more than it actually is.GreatbigHippo wrote:

I read somewhere that the number was as high as 30 million. Maybe not true, but the still killed millions of people. Not a nice guy.Sandevot wrote:
