It had constant support from America, UK and French colonies.
Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!
Good to all, my name is Jack, today I bring an interesting topic .Which was the best army of the Second World war?
In my opinion the best army of the Second World war was the Army of the USA and the British army, the prowesses realized by the American Army I surprise greatly, but what more I value, is the British resistance opposite to the German Army, the great resistance and dedication that the British soldiers did for a free and democratic Europe,it is for this motive, that in my opinion for me, the best army of the Second World war was the British Army.

And for you, which was is he the best army of the Second World war?

It had constant support from America, UK and French colonies.
China is a bit of a low priority when the U.S. join so...
I think you're really exaggerating our weatherPablo22510 wrote:
*facepalm*Russkies only won 'cos of the weather and infinte manpower.
Of course, in Russia in the winter it is very cold. It really helped us greatly defense. But the cold is only 2 months (rarely - 3 months). All the rest of the time the weather is no different from the weather in Germany. Especially if you're in the south of Russia, Ukraine and the Caucasus - where winter temperatures are higher than in Germany. So that this does not was no problem for the German troops.
Remember how there was a war of Japan against China. China has also sent many people to die - "wall of meat" as you say. But it did not give any results. Of course it's a bad strategy, but it does not guarantee victory. If someone says that we have won only thanks to this - it's not true.Butter Ball Bill wrote:
The Russians are still the best. You know what is better than a wall of meat? A wall of meat and steel.
Go another example - remember Battle of the Atlantic. Trade ships that went to Britain suffered huge losses. No one has ever carried such as the loss of merchant seamen in the war. But even though they continued to build ships, and continued to send the ship's crew to their deaths. These poor people a chance to survive was much smaller than that of a Soviet soldier. It was incredibly cruel! Keep this in mind when you talk about violence in other countries.
I never ever said that parts of the wall collapsed.
Well i have to admit that German tanks had a lot of flaws, but damn they we ahead of their time. I mean the Panther 2 they were in the middle of developing had thermal imaging, and if it wasn't for the German development in missile tech the US couldn't go to the moon
Maybe I understand you is not quite correct. Then I address this message to those who talked about the brutality of Stalin, or something similar.Butter Ball Bill wrote:

What do you think, who would have won the war in Europe, if Hitler had not attacked the Soviet Union?
I highly respect USSR and Russia. It was Pz. Korps that was saying Stalin was a monster.
You're right. You can still remember the submarine type XXI - this amazing! This is a huge step forward, no one else at that time had nothing like that.Ellio_98 wrote:

Doesn't that angry German bloke kind of have some sense in his rant about Stalin?
Nope.
Well, around 20 million people were murdered because, most of them, gave him a dodgy look.
I would totally do the same. Best way to be an efficient dictator, right? I mean, when has Stalin ever failed?
Stalin was a genocidal and committed great atrocities like the Holocaust against the Ukrainian people, and continuous purges carried out against the Russian people with the excuse that they were traitors.comrade dave wrote:

Stalin was a genocide, but at least it ended with the Germans.

so you agree, the angry German had a point.
Nah, Stalin was cool. I mean, he let a guy out of the Gulags because he designed a plane for him.
Stalin means man of steel, Stalin was a cold man , that is why the Soviet Union became power.Butter Ball Bill wrote:

Steel is meant to be cold. Hard too. Shouldn't bend or break easy either. Tough as well. Stalin was steel.
Extremists are bad, the only way is to peace and democracy.comrade dave wrote:

Stalin had no mercy against his enemies.Butter Ball Bill wrote:

Democracy doesn't work.
