First topic, who do you think would win in a war between US and UK vs Russia and China?
Rules for this battle
1. No nukes
2. no other countries can help militarily in anyway
3. They start with current resources, military, economy etc
4. war is won whenever the other side surrenders

China would just be a drag on Russia. Joke of an armed forces.
Russia would be better off alone. But since this is Russia and China,

The answer is Russia and China. While their forces may be beaten conventionally, China has the most manpower and the two together have the most land in the world. Russia is the biggest country, while China has one of/the largest populations in the world.
So while forces may be defeated in open combat, the countries will never be subdued and will just turn into another Afghanistan, with plenty of IED's and the like.
Besides, the UK isn't much good. They only have 500 Challenger 2's, of which they cannot make ammo for, they make it in a factory in Belgium, I think it is. With no help from outside nations, they will have to build their own ammo factory.

Ho Chi Minh trail is basically a trail through hard to navigate, both by planes and ground forces, terrain.
German supply lines are trains, trucks, and horse drawn carts along main roads.
Japanese supply lines are basically ships, 'cause it was supplying islands.
Notice the problems? Anyway, the Ho Chi Minh trail survived when American had overwhelming air superiority.
