Spain has worse equipment, less money (budget for 2015 is of only 5 billion) but has the best army of the three. Just kidding. I say this because I'm Spanish and I'm forced to, but the condition of our armed forces is deplorable. Our elite units get paid 960 Euros a month, tops.
