Sometimes when your internet connection is a bit slow, your messages can pile up and trip the spam filter. Just reload the page and it should be fixed.

Why is it saying this?
I tried to send a link to something and then it said this, was I perma banned or something...?

usually when u say something inappropriate, the chat automatically mutes u for 5 mins, saying your "message has been blocked due to inappropriate content". after the 5 minutes, you can chat again.
