Post your favourite self-propelled guns from ww2, more than 1 is allowed and if you don't have a favourite post one you think looks cool I guess.

well if were are allowed blueprint SPG's then meet the:
P-1500 Monster, the SPG Brother of the P-1000

for size comparison:

Armed with a whole 800mm of pain. Makes the Sturmtiger look like a firecracker in comparison.
A M1-Abrams(yes, just one) could take out a Ratte, I would hate to see the Monster after going toe to toe with an Abrams.
i dont think the Abrams have the explosive fire power to take this beat down. Also i bet 800mm of pain would ruin this lump of metal
No. The M1 can run rings around it and penetrate its armour. The M1 fires DU sabot rounds. Here are the effects:

but due to the massive size of the P-1500 is would be ineffective. Its like a offcie block on tracks
I think you mean a visualisation of Hitler's stupidity.Ellio_98 wrote:

i have to agree on that, but you have to admit even though its useless its pretty cool
Just like a pet rock.
It's not exactly from ww2, and I know it's a bit clichΓ©, but I chose the M109.

Does the M1 have enough ammo to demolish a mountain?Butter Ball Bill wrote:

Otoh, Ratte or Monster would only need one hit. However unlikely they would get it.
No but it wouldn't need to, it can just call in air support.BlackPrince2 wrote:

Can we all be reminded the M1 was first in service in 1980. Almost 40 after ww2 ended. Plus this weapon wouldn't be around unless the Nazis were doing considerably well.
Well another good SPG according to Call of war is the SU-85 *Grumbles in corner*

M7 Priest was one of my favourites.
I'll just leave this here... Archer SPG.

Archer was a TD not an SPGMariya Oktyabrskaya wrote:

Big 17pdr gun on a Valentine chassis
It is very cool not least because the gun was facing backwards and the driver had to get out of his seat when the gun was fired otherwise recoil would knock his head off
A TD is a SPG.RogodeterSnowl wrote:

You are right of course - I keep thinking in the vein of World of Tanks where they class them separately - lolButter Ball Bill wrote:
