Spoken comments are key in my opinion. Might be personal, but videos with text comments instead of spoken I simply skip. Spoken comments should not only be what you are doing, but also why.

Like pick a character and have them do a voiceover, at least it’s funny if not cursed.

Unless you’re doing spoken comments with an actual human voice I just don’t see it working out… unlike general I often skip videos with voices that I don’t like.

Or someone can volunteer or so. Or maybe you can use Fiverr.
