100 Player Servers

Hey, I just got into this game fairly recently again, my only previous experience with it being a 10 player historic battle on the European map. I tried out a 100 player server, and I'm hooked. I tried to get my friends to join, but by then it was too late and the server was full. I attempted to create a 100 player server but the option isn't there, and my initial searches are showing that creating one isn't a possibility. So how do these games come to fruition if players don't make them? Will we be seeing any chance of players making them in the future? I'd just like to play through a world map with my buddies for the long run.

The server just creates the game automatically every few days, I think. This is so the map is full.

Huh ok so how many days would you think until the next game would start? What kind of interval between games starting are we talking here?
