Is it? I’ve never seen it go over 100. Does it say that when you click on morale? I’ve never checked so I am not sure. Possibly something to do with coding or a minor error? Doesn’t change the actual game though, I think.

102 not 100
Why is the target morale 102 instead of 100?

What I mean is that in the morale info pop up box it will say target morale is 102, with provinces where there is high morale. The actual morale of the province does not go above 100 tho.

102 so that units and provinces can heal up to 100. They always heal 1/7th of the missing morale, so with base morale being at 100 they would never reach it.Baracuda12 wrote:
