A few questions

1) What does the 15 minute countdown timer mean for planes?

2) How do I create stacks? Add Army doesn’t combine them. If I put them in the same province, same spot, or build them one after another and not move them, they will automatically combine, but I don’t see how to rearrange them in stacks otherwise. (I’m playing on an iPad)

3) On one map I took out a country and all his troops, and then a stack of four infantry of his appeared behind me attacking a province. Where could they have come from, since all his provinces were gone?

1) trolling planes attack at the expiration of the 15 minute countdown timer.

2) To split a stack, click on split and move the sliders to create the stack that you want and move them to another location.

3) A country can still have troops without having any provinces. When they lose all their provinces. they lose all their resources, so it becomes very difficult for them to produce more armies. They would have to capture a province, have the necessary buildings, get the necessary resources and hold the province long enough to produce a new army.

Move them to the same location, don't give them any new orders (and wait for all combat to end, and for all to refuel in case of planes)
