About creating game

Hi ! l want to create a game to play with my friends but we want to be specific nations and we noticed when we started a game that players are joining extremely fast and the countries we wanted to be almost directly was taken... Is it possible to create a game and set a password that just me and my friends know about so that we can take the countries we want and then remove the password so everyone can join ?
