bomb to enemy capital and reduce its morale so it will be empty and enemy wont produce anything in there because of long production times but dont capture it until capture all other provinces of enemy , at the end after captured other all provinces capture capital and all provinces will get %10 morale and wont revolt , I'm not sure can you understand what I write but I hope it will helpFroggieNitwit wrote:
Is it just me? When i ocuppy some territories, after few hours they are liberated by their owner? Lets say for example as Russia i conquered whole Europe, attacked France and pushed to the Atlantic, and then i see Paris and suronding territories being French again without even 1 French troop nearby. I wasted many time recapturing territories that are misteriously being liberated by the enemy, which gived enemy a chance to regroup and push me back, ruining my game.

Of course you can counter the threat by leaving some forces in there. Every force has a strength value and if you click on morale you'll see what level of protection you have against a rebellion.
Or if you feel so inclined war bond it to upgrade morale.
