Account stats frozen

My account stats seem to be frozen, no advancement on achievements, hence no gold rewards when missions are completed, even my battles played log is incorrect and not updating, is it just me or are others being affected?

I have asked support to look at the issue many times but they just ignore me, any suggestions please guys?
