Two of my allies in my current game have suddenly had their accounts deactivated for what we believe is some sort of email verification screening.
- One gentlemen was banned for playing same game on same IP with flatmate, surely there is a way for this to still be possible/verified without kicking a player? Even if all new games must choose that setting - how can it be implemented on currently running games where no such rule existed? Bottom line - who can he contact to possibly fix?
- The other's account was associated with a since deleted email address, so he can no longer log-in. Is this also happening as part of this new mult-account sweep? Who does he need to contact in order to get his account activated again.
Losing two players in a 100-player game that we all put a lot of time commitment into is simply devastating, and very disappointing. We are hopeful that there is some reasonable judgement happening on the other side so we can all continue to enjoy this game. Thank you!
