Sometimes it takes a day to show up, or exit the game and reload, it might be there then.

I got 20/20 day on PC but did not receive the 2000 gold reward!!!

To collect achievement rewards, go to the achievement tab, and then click on the gold button beneath the completed achievement. If this doesn't show up, you can try submitting a bug report, and a staff member will collect the gold for you.
