Well fire at will attacks any unit that you are at war with, while aggressive attacks any units in its range, even pausing (if you are moving) to attack. IIRC fire at will only attacked enemies if you are not moving.Kolonnos wrote:

So basically no in this case unless the arty is moving. Since you said it’s waiting, that would mean no difference.
