Air attack on ships

Theoretically, If I had 5 Lvl 4 naval bombers accompanied by 10 fighters and 10 Tacticals, even though the tac and interceptors would be below SBDE, my naval bombers would last a lot longer as I will be spreading out the damage over more units right? I want to fly as many sorties as I can with those 5 naval bombers as it's a big stack of navy. My Naval bombers will still be at top SBDE as well right?
