Furthest I have been is level 3 and at that time it was half an hour. No idea if it was more before or less later though.

Aircraft Carrier refueling times
what is the refueling time aircraft after an attack from a plane operating from an Aircraft Carrier? I cant find this info anywhere.

Refueling times do not change with aircraft carrier levels.
15 game minutes for cow 1.0
30 game minutes for cow 1.5

Question, is there a reason that the carrier does not get more efficient at refueling planes when it is upgraded? Even if it never became as fast as a conventional airfield (perhaps only let it improve to 15 minutes or so) it does seem strange that a higher level carrier never gets more efficient at launching sorties, particularly since real aircraft carriers are not all alike in their turn-around time. Maybe the faster pace is in the fact that it is refueling more planes in that time, but a conventional airfield does not work that way, it takes the same amount of time no matter how many planes it is.
