Why are some of my planes in convoy mode even though they are in a province with an airstrip?

No, I have three provinces like that. Level two and one is being upgraded to level three

Maybe there are slightly off of the province nexus point?

Even if they are 6 seconds away from it, they will not connect to the nexus, so this may be right.DxC wrote:
