airplanes sea convoys dont mix with ships?

im trying to put some ships in a troop convoy

it works fine in convoys with ground troops, i can add ships to escort

but airplane convoy at sea doesn't mix with anything

is this a bug?

All naval units (convoys+warships) should be stacking.

Did you send both units to the same location or send one unit to a stationary group to join up?

Planes do not stack with ships/water convoy from what I've heard.

Yea, they don'y, planes concoyed at sea don't mix into others

that's pretty bad

however if you put a convoy of ground troops with ships at same location and move them together ships for ground troops convoy should defend planes convoy if it gets attacked by planes, i guess ?!
