Alliance War round, need to make it not ranked

Hello,

We started this alliance war game to start when full, and for some reason we rescheduled the game, after a while we found that the game was not full and started and it was ranked.

Both leaders agree to cancel the alliance war round, who can help us cancel it please?

We can't just change the ranking of a game on a whim, but if there was actually a bug that caused the game to start in error please send in a bug report from within the game.
