Are Medium Tanks and Heavy Tanks good to use in the Allied doctrine?

The usefullness of tanks - specifically expensive, slow produced MTs & HTs of higher levels - all depends on your strategy and on-/off-line time.
Not one single weapon is OP, when used wrongly or in 'mono-culture'.
As in reality, a combined weapons approach is what really works.
Which combination that should be depends on your play-style, available time and strategy chosen based thereon.

They're slow, and don't have buffs like the Axis ones do. Allied tanks are better than Pan-Asian tanks, but not as good as Axis or Comintern tanks.
